The Himalayan Times report headlined “Nepal clueless about how to benefit from India’s South Asia Satellite” by Lekhanath Pandey datelined Kathmandu has quoted unnamed sources in two instances: a senior technical officer from Ministry of Information and Communication and a senior diplomat from Embassy of India.
