Nagarik report headlined “Diplomacy on downslide” by Surendra Paudel datelined Kathmandu has quoted unnamed sources in eight instances: A highly-placed source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in four instances, a source in two instances, and a source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in two instances.
